In accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), the personal data you share with Ada Dental Clinics may be processed by being obtained, recorded, stored, altered, reorganized—either wholly or partially, automatically or by non-automatic means as part of a data recording system—i.e., any operation performed on the data. Under KVKK, any action taken on personal data is considered “processing of personal data.”

The personal data you provide will be processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 and related secondary regulations for the following purposes: To fulfill the requirements of the services we provide to our clients in accordance with contractual and technological needs; To provide information to prosecutors, courts, and relevant public officials upon request and in accordance with legislation regarding public safety and legal disputes; To offer our members a wide range of opportunities or to share such opportunities with persons or institutions legally permitted to provide them; To analyze advertising preferences.

Information About Third Parties or Organizations to Whom Your Personal Data May Be Transferred
For the purposes stated above, your personal data shared with Ada Dental Clinics may be transferred to: our main shareholders, shareholders, advertisers, our direct or indirect domestic/foreign affiliates; member companies using Ada Dental Clinics infrastructure (including but not limited to these), individuals and organizations related to the services provided, third parties we receive services from as Data Processors, our business partners, program partner institutions, domestic/foreign institutions, and other relevant third parties and organizations. How Your Personal Data Is Collected
Your personal data may be collected through: Forms on the Ada Dental Clinics website and mobile applications, including name, surname, address, phone number, business or personal email address; preferences on login-required pages using a username and password, transaction IP logs, cookie data collected by the browser, browsing time and detail data, and location information; Information shared via business cards, résumés (CVs), proposals, or other means for the purpose of establishing a commercial relationship, applying for a job, submitting an offer, etc., with Ada Dental Clinics, whether in physical or virtual environments, face-to-face or remotely, verbally or in writing, or via electronic media; Additionally, indirectly obtained data from various channels such as websites, blogs, competitions, surveys, games, campaigns, and similar (micro) websites and social media platforms; data on e-bulletin reading or clicking behavior; public databases; and publicly available profile and data shared via social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Google, Instagram, Snapchat, etc.).

Personal Data Collected Before the Enactment of the KVKK
As Ada Dental Clinics began operating after the effective date of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), April 7, 2016, we do not store any personal data obtained prior to this date. (If your website collected data before this date, you must explicitly state how that data was processed and stored.)

Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your personal data, collected by any of the methods listed above, may be transferred—either processed in Turkey or for processing and storage abroad—in accordance with the KVKK and for the purposes of the contract, to service providers located in foreign countries (accredited by the Personal Data Protection Board and deemed to provide adequate protection for personal data).
Your Personal Data may be transferred to: Business partners with whom we cooperate and/or receive services for the provision and promotion of products and services,
Authorized authorities who can detect your location in case of emergency calls,
Regulatory and supervisory institutions, as well as other official bodies such as courts and enforcement offices, and other public institutions or organizations legally authorized to request your personal data,
Legal entities in commercial relations with Ada Dental Clinics that have access to your phone number,
When deemed necessary. -
Storage and Protection of Personal Data
Ada Dental Clinics is obligated, under Article 12 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), to prevent the unlawful processing of personal data, to block unauthorized access, and to ensure the secure storage of such data. To this end, software-based measures such as hashing, encryption, transaction logging, and access management, as well as physical security precautions, are implemented. In the event that personal data is obtained unlawfully by others, the situation will be immediately reported in writing to the Personal Data Protection Authority in accordance with legal regulations.

Keeping Personal Data Accurate and Up to Date
In accordance with Article 4 of the KVKK, Ada Dental Clinics is obliged to keep your personal data accurate and up to date. Therefore, in order for Ada Dental Clinics to fulfill its obligations arising from current legislation, our members are required to provide accurate and updated information or update their data through the website or mobile application.

Rights of the Data Subject Pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK)
Article 11 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) entered into force on October 7, 2016. Pursuant to this article, the rights of the Data Subject after this date are as follows:
- The Data Subject may apply to Ada Dental Clinics (the data controller) and has the right to:
- Learn whether personal data is processed or not,
- Request information if personal data has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of personal data processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, domestically or abroad,
- Request the correction of personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurately processed,
- Request the deletion or destruction of personal data under the conditions set forth in Article 7 of the KVKK,
- Request notification of the actions taken regarding correction, deletion, and destruction to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
- Object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- Request compensation if personal data is processed unlawfully and causes damage.
